WashHub provides on-demand laundry, dry-cleaning, and related services, which may be booked via our website, mobile applications, or through other designated channels. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services without prior notice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services. By using our services, you represent that you have the authority to enter into this agreement.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration or order placement
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Not use our services for unlawful or prohibited purposes
- Ensure items handed over for cleaning do not contain hazardous materials or valuables
4. Pricing and Payment
- Prices for services are displayed on our website or app and are subject to change without notice
- Full payment must be made before or at the time of delivery, unless otherwise agreed
- We may offer prepaid plans, subscriptions, or discounts subject to terms
- Payments are accepted via online payment gateways, UPI, wallets, or cash on delivery (COD)
5. Pickup and Delivery
- Pickup and delivery services are available in select serviceable areas
- Timings are indicative and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other factors
- Customers must be available or arrange for someone to hand over and receive the laundry
6. Garment Handling and Liability
We will exercise reasonable care in handling your garments. However:
- We are not responsible for damage caused due to defects in fabric, wear & tear, color bleeding, manufacturer’s defects, or improper labeling
- Items without care labels will be cleaned at the customer’s risk
- In case of loss or damage proven to be due to our negligence, our liability is limited to 5 times the service charge paid for that item, or replacement cost (whichever is lower)
- We do not accept liability for items left unclaimed for more than 30 days
7. Cancellations and Refunds
- Orders may be canceled or rescheduled before pickup is made
- Once garments are picked up, cancellations may not be accepted
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method
- No refunds will be provided for services already rendered
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the website—including text, images, logos, software, and designs—is the property of WashHub or its licensors and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without prior written consent.
9. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Interfere with or disrupt the Website or services
- Use bots, scrapers, or similar automated tools
- Upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content
- Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to our services at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
